Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the xUID control panel, domains, Bulletproof Protection, hosting packages, wallet, API, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, topping up a wallet, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

We provide anonymous, prepaid registration of .ru and .su domains and optional Bulletproof Protection and hosting products. We are not an ICANN registrar for generic TLDs. .ru/.su are operated under their national registries (cctld.ru / fid.su).

2. Accounts

  • You must keep login credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • We may require verification or refuse service where law or risk requires it.
  • No government ID is required for standard registration unless policy or law changes.

3. Domains (.ru / .su)

  • We register .ru and .su only. Pricing is shown at checkout in your currency display (list prices typically $50/yr .ru, $75/yr .su; your tier may differ).
  • Registration is prepaid for the term shown. Renewals are allowed only within the registry renewal window (commonly the last 30 days before expiry). Miss the window and the name may be lost.
  • We do not host DNS. You must set nameservers at a third party (e.g. Cloudflare, ClouDNS, HE.NET). NS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate.
  • No external transfers. We do not issue EPP/auth codes for moving a domain to another registrar, and we do not accept inbound transfers from other registrars. That is by design, not a temporary outage.
  • Internal transfers only. You may move a domain between two accounts on this platform using an internal transfer code (expires in 24 hours). See the Knowledge Base article "Internal domain transfers".
  • Registry rules apply. Suspensions or deletions under registry policy (including abuse procedures for unprotected names) are registry actions. Base domain registration does not include abuse protection.

4. Bulletproof Protection

  • Bulletproof Protection is a yearly add-on per domain (Private ID, Private ID + Basic Takedown Protection, or BulletProof MAX). Every domain includes Shared ID at no cost. Paid plans are optional and billed separately from, and on top of, the domain fee.
  • Without a plan, public WHOIS and registry abuse handling apply; a complaint can lead to suspension with no free reinstatement guarantee.
  • Fees for late payment, reactivation, and early cancellation (e.g. under 90 days) may apply as published in the panel.
  • Plans bill yearly from wallet balance. Failed billing after the grace period can suspend the plan and related domain posture.

5. Hosting and other packages

Hosting (including FastFlux and VPS lines) is sold as described on the package page. Stock, delivery windows, and fair-use/abuse thresholds may apply. Excessive abuse can lead to suspension or termination without refund. Delivery SLAs, when stated, are targets, not warranties of continuous uptime.

6. Wallet and payments

  • Services are prepaid. You fund a wallet (crypto methods as offered) and orders debit that balance.
  • Top-ups and purchases are final once confirmed by the payment gateway or ledger.
  • No refunds. No partial refunds, chargebacks to wallet, or goodwill credits except where an admin already documented an exception.
  • Cancelling a service stops future billing only. Amounts already paid are not returned.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for child sexual exploitation material, prohibited adult content as we define it, DDoS or scanning attacks against third parties, or harm directed at Russian citizens. We may suspend or terminate accounts for these or for legal risk. Other use remains your responsibility under applicable law and registry rules.

8. Reseller API

If reseller access is enabled, API keys, scopes, rate limits, and pricing tiers apply as configured. You are responsible for key secrecy and for actions taken with those keys.

9. Support

Support is ticket-based in the panel. We may publish a Knowledge Base; reading relevant articles may be required before opening non-sales tickets. Response times are not guaranteed.

10. No warranty; liability

Services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for registry actions, third-party DNS, client misconfiguration, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the maximum extent allowed, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim (and may be zero where no payment applies).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and panel pricing. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance. Material price changes for renewals appear in the panel before you pay.

Use the in-panel support ticket system for account issues. Do not rely on informal channels for refund or policy exceptions.
